Associate Administrator

Position Requirements: Bachelor degree required in business, healthcare, related field or equivalent. Masters degree in an appropriate field of study preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years hospital management at a mid-level experience in a small to mid-size organization. Experience in hospital administration preferred. Good understanding of Medicaid reimbursement and coverage for the uninsured. Strong knowledge of financial implications of decisions including budgeting and forecasting for a limited number of departments and projects. Strong verbal, written and analytical skills and the ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees and management. Excellent planning, organization and group leadership skills with a broad base of industry experience and knowledge.
