Application Process

Only electronic applications via the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) are accepted for Internal Medicine residency positions. We do not offer a preliminary internal medicine year. We do not accept any PGY1 applications outside of ERAS.

All PGY1 positions for the 2024 – 2025 academic year for the Internal Medicine Residency Program will be filled through The National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). The North Alabama Medical Center Internal Medicine NRMP number for Match participation is:
